The IMP is a talent accelerator which brings together our most initiative master's students and enterprises-organizations that look for ambitious soon-to-be junior specialists to join their ranks. The students participating in the program spend their second half of their studies at the partnering organization as part of an internship and the program culminates with the writing of the master's thesis on a topic that solves a problem important to the partner.

This is a great chance to win over the leading specialists of the upcoming generation before they are snapped up by another employer on the unforgiving labor market. If the collaboration proves fruitful, you can immediately make the freshly graduated specialist a job offer.
