Apply for a master's degree at the Institute of Computer Science

Our Master's programmes in Estonian are Data Science and Conversion Master in IT. You can apply for these programmes until 29 June, 2022. Data Science is a full-time programme. However, Conversion Master in IT is a block mode programme, and you can go to school part-time while working and continuing your career at the same time. Conversion Master in IT is a paid programme

The application deadline for Ukrainian citizens for the first and second level of study (excluding Medicine) will be extended to 1 June.

As of 7 March 2022, University of Tartu has decided that citizens of Russian Federation and Belarus can submit applications for first and second level programmes offered in the academic year 2022/2023 only if they hold a residence permit or long-term visa of the European Union or are currently studying in Estonia.

You can study Computer Science and Software Engineering at the master's level in English. These are both full-time programmes, and the application deadline is 15 March, 2022.

Please pay attention that applying to the master's level, you can submit a total of up to two applications. These include applications for curriculum in both Estonian and foreign languages and applications for both in Tartu and colleges in other towns of Estonia, for example, Viljandi Culture Academy.
